Whne we are surronded with problems ,pressure ,stress and the whole life appears to be dull,useless, then try to follow these simple steps .Thes are the steps taught by life management Gurus and many psychologist.
1 Keep urself in calm.
2.Open your doors of mind and also home or office(the place where you stay) allow fresh air ventilation and fresh thoughts.
3.Forget about the problem think about wht you are going to loose beacause of the problem.
4.Question yourself :what am i going to loose: Money(sol: I can earn again)
: Fame (sol: It again comes with my success)
:Relation ,Friends(sol: time will solve this problem)
If u keep on thinking in this way You will stop worrying and you can start living...........
We always have an intention of seeing the problem only from one angle but even for the problem there are 360 degrees angles and solutions............
These techniques u might be already knowing but reading to script in an order makes more impact...
